Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at PutterUp. We want to get your gear into your hands (and onto the greens) as quickly as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during peak golf season or holiday sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and rates for your order will be calculated by carriers and displayed at checkout.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or inclement weather.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Domestic Shipping (USA)
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations.
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PutterUp is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damages
PutterUp is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-send the item.
