Return and Exchange Policy

1. 30-Day Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of shipment to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, your putter cover must be:

  • Unused: In the same condition that you received it (no grass stains, scuffs, or signs of on-course use).

  • Complete Packaging: Returned in the original product packaging (protective sleeves/tags). You do not need to use the original exterior shipping box.

  • Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by an order number or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Customized or personalized putter covers.

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper use.

3. Resolution Options

  • Refund: We will issue a refund for the product purchase price (plus applicable sales tax) to your original payment method. Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

  • Exchange: You may exchange your item for another of equal value. If you wish to exchange for an item of a different price, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If you received the wrong item or a defective product, PutterUp will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

  • Customer Preference: For changes of mind or style preferences, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact support@putterupgolf.com with your order number.

  2. RMA Number: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack & Ship: Include your original packing slip or a note with your name and order number inside the package.

6. Processing & Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
